Congratulations to the players listed on the PDF document below. If you were not in attendance Sunday, April 13th, you need to submit your $100 non-refundable deposit by Friday, April 18th. If we have not received your deposit by Friday, April 18th you may be replaced!

Directions for how to fill out the paperwork which is required can be found on the Indiana Youth Soccer website under ODP-Website. Then all of the forms are under Regional Camp. *Alternates do not pay the deposit but NEED to fill out the ODP Forms.
Forms are due in no later than May 31st.

This year, the youngest a player may be for ODP state pool training is a player born in 1996. All new players coming into the program born in 1996, 1995, and 1994 must attend an ODP District Training session, and be identified at that district training session before attending any state pool training session.
