Indiana Youth Soccer is committed, through
the development, promotion and administration of the
game of soccer, to provide quality service and education
to our membership.
Our mission is accomplished through
the following five strategic goals that form the basis
of our strategic plan. These
five strategic goals are to:

- Provide outstanding operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide excellent communications to current and prospective
members
- Provide well managed events for all youth members
- Provide exceptional programs to improve the playing
environment
- Increase membership of youth players to 100,000 by
2012

- Be the model organization for youth sports

- Assist our youth to develop into good citizens
