Please Read This Carfully To Ensure Your ’07 Referee Registration

To: All Referees Who Have Not Yet Recertified for ‘07
Subject: LATE / Mail-In 2007 Referee Re-certification

If you have not attended one of the many 2007 recertification courses held throughout the State you still have an opportunity to recertify, but you need to follow the steps below.

This course will be closed after February 28, 2007.

Steps to register on the Indiana State Referee On-Line Application

1. Go to the Indiana Registration Site to re-register for ‘07 http://www.indref.com/
1. Click the “Courses” button in the upper left hand corner
2. Select the “Re-cert Grades 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 Classes” box and click the “Review Course Listings & Register” button (this will give you a list of courses)
3. Select the course number “02-15-0207-R08” and click the “Details / Register” button
4. Click on the “Register for this Class” button
5. At the bottom of the page, you’ll be asked to supply either your USSF # and Last Name OR your social security number and Last Name and click the “Submit” button.  If you have difficulty in completing this step, please contact your DRA (listing available on this website)
6. Correct any of the information that is in error and click the “Submit Query” button.  Please note that your e-mail and mailing address are very important to us and our assignors, as it is often our only means of contacting you.  If you are under the age of 18, please consider giving us your parent/guardian’s e-mail address.

2. Next you need to click here to download the registration form.
1. Download and print the USSF Referee Registration and complete the form (Don’t forget to sign it)
2. Make your check out to ISRC for $70 (must be post marked by Feb 28, 2007).  If you fail to register by Feb 28, there will be additional late / penalty fees assessed.

3. Please send your registration form and check to:

In order to process your 2007 recertification, you must register in the Indiana On-Line Application (step #1) and send the appropriate fee (step 2), otherwise processing will be delayed.

If you decide to Recertify after February 28, 2007…

Follow The Same Steps Above But Select Course Number 02-16-0307-R08 And Make Out Your Check For $140.
