ISl Code of Conduct

Your ISL Code of Conduct should be signed by all players, parents, and team staff and mailed or faxed to the Indiana Youth Soccer office prior to your first match.

NOTE: U13 and U14 teams returning from fall play do not need to submit an additional copy. Your fall copy is on file.
