February 3, 2008 ISL Meeting

Thank you for attending the ISL Meeting. Indiana Youth Soccer and ISL appreciate the time you take to make this league successful.

For those of you who were not able to attend and did not have someone present to pick up your information packet, all the documents are posted at this website under the FORMS link. Please print a copy for your use. Please also take the time to view the slide presentation. Information is posted in it that covers rule changes and much more. To recap a few key items:

*Uniform Color - Home team wears light, visitors wear dark. If the referee determines there is a conflict, the offending team changes.

*Substitution rule has changed to match State Cup rule except substitution is still unlimited.

*Only three (3) team personnel are allowed in the team technical area during a match. All must be properly carded with that team. If a club DOC is to participate and he/she is not listed on the roster, the DOC must present his/her DOC card to the officials prior to the match. Any personnel arriving after the match begins, must use the approppriate procedure to check in with the AR prior to entering the team technical area.

The final schedule release timeline:

February 4-11...Commissioner review of submitted changes
February 11-18..Site Coordinators review schedule
February 19.....Final Draft of Schedule to be posted online
